01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a tart pan.
02 - In a bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and egg, mixing until a dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan.
03 - Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine quark cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
05 - Pour the quark mixture into the cooled crust, smoothing the top. Arrange sliced apricots on top of the filling.
06 - Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the filling is set and lightly golden.
07 - Allow the tart to cool before slicing and serving.
